Custom price quotes created in PIRO Retail can be found under the Sales – Price Quotes menu. To list only custom price quotes, select POS Custom Price Quote in the Filter or enter COPQ in the Quick Filter.

If your company handles custom price quotes created in PIRO Retail, they will appear in the back-office system having a New status:
